The new ge was uploaded today (windows) to game-editor.net. Feel free and use this to make a great game demo today!

Hey, I havn't been really following this topic so I'm not quite sure what you mean. Does this mean that the official version of GE 1.5 has been released or have I misunderstood?

It's a lot nicer now that the actor control panel is dynamic to the different actor types. One bug though akr is that if you delete the last of an actor, the actor control panel jumps to another actor, and the panel is updated to the new actor type. So if you deleted a normal actor, and it jumps to a dynamic actor it won't show the physics part of the panel.

This version can export to windows and game data (though the data wouldn't be executable from the current geplayer). One thing is that gE currently has problems closing games exported this way, so be aware of that.

I briefly skimmed through this topic, so my apologies if this had already been covered... but my question is:
I purchased gE off the App Store on my MacBook, I was wondering if GE 1.5 is going to have an update released on there? Or on this site? Or would I have to purchase the new 1.5 version?
Or is this just a licensing issue if you wanted to download and use GE 1.5 for making and publishing games on iPhone/Android that you would have to purchase a license for the platform you wish to release your game on?

Thanks Sky. Thats tricky. I thought the actor dialog is 100% now. Wasnt easy. Will have a look.

Feb 3 2012 download PC, in the actor control the rotation is gone
have a older verion on my mac and it's there. What happen?
