I find tons of them by using google, typing:
photoshop tutorial grass
or
photoshop tutorial rock
then hit the "images" button and search for an image you would like to know how to replicate.

That awesome Grass Tutorial vanished. I looked for it a few weeks ago.. it was gone! But now its back, so I saved the web page itself!
