I received a email from the developer of FragMotion
Go a nice result doing this (make sure your sprite is png)

In the fragmotion folder there is a file called 'screen.txt'. Open this
file and change the contents to 'renderd3d9.dll'.

Restart fragmotion and
try creating the sprite again.
I think you may find that the entire sprite
is 100% transparent.
If this is the case, when you click 'Create Sprite' in
the sprite dialog, make sure the 'Remove Alpha' option is checked on the
next dialog.
You won't be able to have any transparency in the shadow but
you also shouldn't have to remove the background color either. Let me know
if this helps or not.

Clokio wrote:Oh, a background. Maybe the Fragmotion creator can help. support at fragmosoft.com

Maybe to edit each frame with gimp or Paint.net (Both free). select the background then press delete. Then export as png. I guess GE take PNG animation.
