Shaking Tank

I have a tank that is on the ground, and it has to go toward the mouse on X. I did this by having a invisible actor down on the ground, and the tank goes towards the invisible actor. It works great, but when my tank gets on the same spot as the invisible actor, it starts shaking like a wet dog.
Can anyone help?

Collision->any side of invisible actor->script editor:
