can anyone whos good with paint be able to make me a big animated landscape below are some things i want in it

Terrain : rock / grass / sand / if any lakes plz make as a different file ect.
extras: bushes / trees (different like lakes) / rocks / gravel ect.
requirements: plz no moving pics / bigger than (1000, 550)

do you want the whole landscape done by somebody or do you just want sprites?
