I dont think so... I used a translator,and he doesn't claim to have made them, plus, it's still the GE forum afterall... Not posting watermarked games is suspicious though...

Yeah that is pretty much plagiarism unless he explicitly notes the source, he is basically 'stealing' from D Soldier.
