Btw when was this taken? During the time I was hacked or later on?

Oh, he can do it again. He can do it as many times as he pleases.

This was taken while he was controlling your computer, so you were being hacked at the time, yes.

If he does, then I'm going to the authorities.

Hate to burst your bubble there, but I don't think the authorities really can do much about it. The only bit of contact we have with him is through geForums, and he's been banned from here. Aside from that, I'm not sure there's much IP logging going on, and whatever else the authorities might want. [Aside from that, FBI is useless, NSA is useless, none of these federal agencies can do much of anything to "fight cybercrime" except for seize domains.]

Then I guess the only option left and the worst that I don't advice would be to hire another pro hacker to counter attack.

What has Bat come into? Why is she even threatening us like this? :|
I don't think Bat is that bad, she must've been mad while saying those stuff so sure she threatened us. I doubt that she'd really do something like that. Just keep an extra eye for suspicious links she posts. ;)

The post of my screenshot taking without my permission says differently.

Honestly, I didn't want to completely ban bat, but bat was getting on everybody's nerves, and making hack threats. As a moderator, and a person who enjoys seeing everyone happy, I had no other choice :/ She was effecting what little people GE has in a negative way from what I seen.

I know... I really understand that... She's just more of a serious stackoverflow type of person who likes to correct things in a bad way or argues every time she gets the chance rather than a peaceful, help seeking forum type of person. That potential she has doe. :'(

I thought bat was bluffing about the hack threat. You never know though I remember bat saying she could build something better than gE quite quickly just that she liked working with and overcoming it's limitations hence Bitfox. With that said the threat seems much more real.

On the side I'll say Bitfox looks like it can do a lot... How many people besides bat knew how it worked? Especially the scaling part.

Never underestimate Bat, she could either be a huge help or threat...
She is always going high and mighty about her programming skills because of course, they are THAT good, but yeah she does brag about it a lot. Even Maks, the maker of this amazing tool, and one of the reason of our knowledge of Bat's knowledge, keeps it cool.
