Yeah, people are walking and some even driving on the lakes etc.
There is special ships to break the thick ice layers so that the ships can move.

No, it's not all the sea that becomes frozen. If the water is moving enough it doesn't become ice.

They are not dead!
Trees with those soft leaf drop everything. But the hard leafs (pines?) stay.
And with the cliff question, it just depends on the conditions etc. You can have both, cliff with ice and cliff without ice on the bottom.

Yes it's annoying to have this error message pop up randomly, saying, GameEditor.exe doesn't work anymore, when you in your innocence don't suspect a thing. Luckily GE has this emergency recovery feature which does in fact work from time to time.

Today it rained on the frozen ground there is a thin layer of ice everywhere... we had to cancel a handball tournament... no cars on the roads...
Though it was pretty fun, actualleh.

But yeah, I love the cold. It's about 20 degrees (F) here. Yesterday I would've gone skiing with a program at my school but it was like -10 so they canceled it
