jump problem
Posted: Sun Sep 30, 2007 5:08 pmHi. i have a problem with jump action.When i change the kind of platform,like in the image down,my main character falls always down.Please can you tell me how to repair this problem?

collision -> physical response -> repeat is enabled.
otherwise your actor will fall straight through the floor.

now for your game:
I see no falling stuff... your piccolo just walks left and right when u press the left and right keys.
there even is no gravity ... maybe u got the wrong file?

but anyway,first gravity:
Draw actor: yvelocity +=1;
jump:
Key down -> //jump button -> yvelocity = -15;
u can jump now, even from the air.
