Basketballs

Gents, I implemented a mouse joint in the new 1.5 prototype. Here is how it works. Drag around the dynamic actors and have fun!

The .ged can be read with the newest ge1.5. Will be available in the next 24hrs.

That is amazing! Excellent. It would be even better if you will be able to set angle and speed of the dynamic object and then like...throw them.
(Angry birds?)

Camper! Nice to talk to you again! Thats no problem. The current example demonstrates follow mouse. Use applyForce if you want to build a cannon.

Thanks Alexandre. I uploaded the ged today on game-editor.net to investigate .ged. Lemme know your thoughts.

Btw I am travelling to spain tomorrow. Will drive through france. Lemme know where u are located and I will come and bring some beers! :)

Probably a stupid question, but where is the GED? the file there is the exe, looks amazing and id love to know how it works so where is the GED? XD

You have to download the newest gE 1.5 version (windows). The actual file is in examples. As per usual, you'll need to log in first but here is the link. http://game-editor.net/index.php/downloads/category/4-binaries

ERROR:
if you make a dynamic actor and set text to it (which shouldnt be allowed maybe?) and click game mode, it crashes.

This engine makes everything so easy now, water effects... make a blue dynamic ball with 0 friction....too easy.

thanks for letting me know. dynamic text actors not supported.
