Hmmm.. That would be a pretty big/long tutorial haha. Buuut, There are plenty of tutorials on here that you can kind of combine to do this.
Here is a very good series of tutorials made by Hblade that I strongly suggest watching/reading: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=8219
And a few more that might also help you out:
