CreateActor on tiled actor

Been messing with my leveling system. I have different tiled arenas that I want to switch out with CreateActor and DestroyActor, but when I create one it blinks for a second and instantly is gone. Can we not create tiled actors?

Why don't you just change transparency?

Oh that sounds like a bad idea!
Why don't you use visibility state instead?
