I think that the 'edit' pop up menu for events and actions has a bug. I found that GE would only display up to two actions on the list (and no more than that, for some strange reason).
Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrectly?

I can't see this error here.
Are you using the 1.3.0 version?
Can you send me the ged and data files with this problem?

I only have problems with the 'Key Down' event. All other events seem to display just fine. (I tested it with your Asteroids demo)

on windows it does this when your using a screen size of 640x480, but for all event
