Playback Differs At Runtime

Hi:
I have a situation where I have developed a game in Game Editor 1.34.
I purchased 1.37 recently and when I loaded and ran the ged in the dev environment, it ran perfectly... as it should.
However, when I exported it to either the desktop or to Pocket PC some of the scripting messed up and I couldn't figure it out.
So, I went ahead with development and have since finished it with 1.34 for Pocket PC.
The only problem is that I was considering using 1.37 to make a game for the GP2X which is why I purchased it.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
Is there any reason this is happening such as wrong settings or something?
Any solutions or workarounds?
