This is not a beta. It is just a preview that´s not functional.

@makslane - I am really want to know how to give a hand man, because C++ is not my strong language, sorry for that. Don't worry about that, some day a good friend told me that: "when you have an idea you do need to worry about share it, because if someone try to do the same will need to spend at least the same time to obtain what you had run to do it".
Animus! so we are with you man!

Maks, I played around with a coding scheme like app inventor has. Graphically. It was a nightmare. I prefer to stay with script. This make it possible to port even ready to use standard C algorithms to GE. Furthermore its much more flexible.

But, why not to go into a similar way, but without graphics like gamesalad.com, they use only boxes panels that I think its cool too, because you can have some objects on when you need to do some change all time. Take a look, please, the problem with game salad its don't have all the features of game-editor like tilemaps or z-index, bad particle effects, etc. But the objects manager is good, like appinventor, but more simple and useful.

Thanks Carlos!

Akr, script is good for programmers. Game Editor had lost lot of potential users due to the need of scripting.
By using an iconic language, you can give power to non programmer users, and we can keep text scripting too!

I've once worked with a similar way of programming, I think in a program call CatScratch, in my programming class in school.
It uses all the same shapes and forms and colors, but it's pretty neat to come up with something, it gives you a different perspective on what you made; which is great for debugging!

But I'm even more glad the script editor is here to stay :)

I hope in a couple of years if GE is still alive, I'll be able to help the development! I am too poor in programming to help at the moment!

If GE gos I don't know what I'll do. I was disappointed when I found GM. I thought that it would be awesome. GE is awesome and I haven't even made my first game yet.
