Some told it dose nothing.

When you get 30 points you can ask makslane to redeem your points for the license. You don't have to if you don't want to though, and you can ask anytime after you get the 30 points.

yeah but u need a license when publishing commercially

Well will 30 points give a commercial license free or not? Some say since 1.4 it dose not give a free license.
