I agree with that. There's a lot of very cool animation stuff you could add to games that is vey difficult to do (if not impossible) with Game Editor. Please consider adding SWF support. The SWF format is open source, so it shouldn't be hard or costly to do...

how do u make flash animation?

Flash animation is made with Adobe Flash. Just visit the adobe site or google flash...

As far as HOW you make them that's too broad a topic to discuss here. The flash authoring tool allows you to make tons of vector and raster animations and it allows easy scaling and rotating that is missing in Game Editor. That's why I'd like to see Flash support if possible.

No it''s not free but there is a 30 day free trial from the Adobe site....

If you want to do a lot of 2d web animation, video or game design, the $600 or $700 is well worth the price.

I've made hundreds of thousands of dollars with it earning a living as a professional flash animator.

But it isn't cheap and it isn't free. Anyway, now you know what a bargain Game Editor is for what it can do. I'm surprised Makslane hasn't sold it to a big company. They'd promote it and probably sell it for at least a couple of hundred dollars a head.
