Animation Problem....

I used the 'Paint Shop Pro's, Animation Shop' For my animations,They work perfectly,but! When I press the key that makes me walk right, It does the animation but its got a white box in the background, It dosent do this with the animations I havent done in PSP Anim Shop.

it's because the BG isn't transparent.

ooh yeah! That's a 32 bit image
Which means your animation has its own transparent layer (maybe your familiar with that through psp, I use it too! :lol: )
So, because it is white, and not in the transparent layer, that background is viewable. You see: GE can tell what kind of color depth an image has. Either you should put the background into a transparent layer, or lower the color depth to 24 bit

Normally GE does it automatially for you...
but in this case it somehow doesn't :|

ya, you'll need a special gif editor then.

there's one called Easy Gif Animator, but it's not free.
I don't know if the trial version can do transparent backgrounds.
I often use it for rotating sprites for my games.
quite handy =D

the problem is only a portion of the image is transparent.
