Activation Regions Questions

1. Say there were like hundreds of activation regions in a single scene. Would that have a negative impact on performance?
2. Is it possible to create a floating activation region? Like an activation region attached to the view so that anything that comes into view is loaded and anything that leaves the view is unloaded.
