I need help creating lense flairs.

Hi (y')all. I want to know about creating lense flairs and making them shift with the 'view' actor's position. I know I can just use a single transparent image as a foreground, but using that won't make each flair move. So I need a way to use multiple actors to display each flair (light shape) and make them shift to where the view is.
