Good day.
I've just started to work with GE.
All the data is contained in "Data" folder.
Are there an opportunity to store different data in different folders, for example images in " images" sound in "sounds" etc. ?

GE is sandboxed so that you cannot write accidentally outside your game folder.

Or to use GE for some evil stuff. It can't also do loadGame(); for other than games made by GE for the same reason.
