So, I was reading up on how to publish your game via appstore, and it said something about "you must own a mac, will not work on pc." My question is, using game editor, can I fully publish and market a game without a mac? Thanks for looking! And plus 1 to who helps.

Well, to publish it yourself, you need to have a mac (since you have to use xcode). But, you can get a game published through akr, with this.

So you can still get games out without having a mac. Also you'll probably need to buy the geplayer app, so you can test your game. So, if you do have a mac you can bypass those two things, but it technically is still possible to get your game on the appstore.

The compiler? If you mean xcode, no, it is free. But, you only need that if you are publishing yourself (but you need a mac for that).
