possible bug...

I updated to v1.3.8 and have run into an annoying problem.

When I go into Game Mode to test the game and then go back to the script editor to make script changes the script editor doesn't allow me to key in anything. Just allows use of the script editor interface buttons/menus to input script. I have to close GE and then reopen to get it to work. This happens every time I go into game mode.

Oh, another thing. When going into Game Mode and back to GE. The window shifts to the same position the game mode window was at.

Anyone else?

no offense to makeslane but the new version (with all due respect) sounds like a piece of junk (no offense) just judging by all of the problems everyone is having but i know it's REALLY, REALLY hard to make something even close to game editor. i havn't downloaded the new version of it, but i might once and if makeslane can fix it. :)

sorry if im being harsh makeslane (i admire your genius)

This is how software progresses... all software. Just as I will not update to vista until a service-pack is released, it's a good idea to wait to update EVERYTHING until you see the response it gets. Makslane knows that these problems are preventing us from working on our projects, and I guarantee he's getting eyeball cancer from the countless hours he's spent starriong at his monitor working to fix the problems... If you are going to get all worked up about it, next time don't update as soon as a new version is released.
