diretional_velocity and angle

Setting diretional_velocity to 0 should NOT reset actors angle to 0.

The angle value should remain the same.

Real world example: Although the leaning tower of Pisa is stationary it's angle remains at 80 degrees! :wink:

The angle is calculated via xvelocity and yvelocity if the actor has no path. So, if velocity is zero, the angle is indeterminated.

If the actor has a path, the angle will be the path angle in the current location.

If you need remember the angle after velocity change, you can store in other variable.
