It's called Spriter and it's used for sprite animation (of course)

It will be useless in GE unless you can export frames. Otherwise, it's a good movie making tool.

I know you can export frames in Pencil but I'm not so sure about the other one. I also know that if you want to pay a lot of money (somewhere in the hundreds), you can get Anime Studio Pro and create good vector animations and export them to multiple frames

I wonder if there is a way to achieve the same effect with canvases hmmm...
