Is this posible? I accidently deleated a file out of the data folder(thought it was out of the game) and now i cant load the file. is this a perment thing or any posible way around this? Maybe just sub a new file with same name just so i can open it?

I was able to get it by just throwing in some other bitmaps with same names......

GE does stock in permanently data (images, sounds..) unless there is Still a trace of that data in your game. i encountered such problem before too until i found out that i had still an animation with an unwanted file that i forgot to remove from GE.

If u cannot open GE and that u have an undesired file in ur data file that u want to remove but can't, then be sure that this undesired file is still in GE.

After removal, Remove the unwanted file from data and re-save GE.
