Ok I have already made commercial games for windows mobile but the resolution is different. Does the iphone port auto-scale or I have to redo the resolution? My current game resolution is 800x640.

You need to use the iPhone resolution (320 x 480).

Ok what about the new iphone resolution 960x640 will our games made for original resolution work on those devices?
