Could you make that ogg also works in the playsound fuction, because, when I want to use it as sound effects, the sound effects stop the music...

I don't think that these are specific types of a file.
they can be mp3, wav, wma,
anything.
about mp3 support, I think GE once supported it but for some reason makslane dropped it
