This is a prime example of the classic 3 tier tradeoff used in video games:

The laser can destroy many enemies with one shot, but it uses up a lot of power. It is not very good against bosses, and one boss will take most of a laser powerup to kill, but it is easy on the clicking too.

The spreadshot takes a lot of clicking to use: but it does the most damage vs. energy usage of all; It can kill several bosses with one powerup, and is also very good against pawns.

The autocannon is a nice balance between the two: Easy to use, and good against bosses and pawns, but uses up more power than the spreadshot.

How much wave are there?

There are an unlimited number of waves.

Eventually, of course, it will reach a point where there are so many enemies, the game will probably crash. But there'd have to be 1000's of enemies onscreen before that happened.

Of course, at any time, i can to go to the wave loop, and say if(wave==100){gameoverstuff} etc. etc. and give it an ending.

This is the modern form of 2d shooter warfare; in the past, they tried to make intelligent enemies that you took on a few at a time, but now its more fun to make 1000's of stupid enemies that attack you with sheer numbers. Its more impressive that way, and modern computers can handle it.

And lol about the 80's comment, fuzz, as this was actually based on another game on the internet made in the last two years :P

really?
i tried it only once.
If I have the "laser beam" i could use it as long as i want, if i donĀ“t activate the mouse button up event, i think. is this an error?

yes, that's an error. If i were a professional games company, i'd owe you a paycheck.
