Anybody know about fonts? I want to type in Korean. It is called Hangul. Idownloaded some truetype Korean fonts and put them into the C:/Windows/fonts file and one time it actually worked and typed in Korean but usually it doesn't work. I re-traced my steps and did the same thing again but it doesn't seem to work now. I also wanted to download some image file to uses as letters( Korean script) but have not been able to find any in the file extensions used by Game-Editor.

You've asked this before, and nothing has changed since then. http://game-editor.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=12452p

Can you elaborate? As long as the file has normal characters for its name, and is a png/jpg/bmp/gif it should work.

True, I asked this before and the only thing that has changed is that I discovered it is possible to use truetype fonts to write in Korean script using Game-Editor but it seems to be a little hit or miss on whether it works. I could see how my question fits a small niche of users wanting to using text different from ABC. Maybe I am the only one.
So, I will re-phrase my question to ask if you know of any software that will convert fonts or characters to .bmp, .gif or whatever works. I tried creating my own letters using MS paint since I can just type the characters, (I have a Korean computer so I can type in both English and Korean) however I was a unsure of how to transfer that information to a QWERTY keyboard format and not successful in importing them.

Thanks for your help. I can assure you all your responses have been duly noted and applied, and additionally I am grateful to you and intend to purchase a license as soon as I am able to create something that is marketable.

A license is no longer needed.

You can try using images instead of text :)

Well, Lucky me, I solved my own problem. I realized that with the truetype fonts, it types in the text box as letters and renders it in the game as Korean script.

Now, the only problem is that it doesn't match the keyboard but all I have to do is get a keyboard template layout and map it accordingly.
