You probably can look at your cache folder of your internet browser.. sometimes called an Temporary Internet Folder since most browser will cache images to load webpages faster next time you visit the webpage.
Unless you often clean your cookies, cache and all, you should be able to find it. Try doing a search on your hard drive if you can't find the folder.
