I tried making a title screen and i click start game, it loads the game but the walls and floors disappear

This is a bug in how gE handles tiles in the editor. The bug does not occur when you export your game. So, if you plan to release your game as an export, just assume it works, and work on the different ged files separately. Otherwise, you'll need to not use tiles.
