after the huge success of Music Box v1.01 me and DST decided to take another look at the pros and cons of the game, a few weeks after its release

based on user feed back we decided to work on the DDR portion of the game first

we got ALOT of hate mail from that lol... ""WTF!!! why did you make it so hard!!""
( and yes i was laughing my a$$ off because of it lol )

anyways there was a problem with the synchronization in the game, the music would not match up with the notes,
after working on it for a week, we found out why, one reason was because sound card latency issues, and so on

heres the prototype of what the game was going to be ( ignore the crappy UI )

how to play:

Why did you name it 'failed'? Seems like an excellent level editor to me.

Maybe what it needs to be is a side app for the main music box. The level editor.....

its failed because there was no way to sync your computer's sound card latency to the game,
so it would not match up in time no matter how many different things we tried

just an extra note, in case most of you didnt read it in the earlier post, this was created a few weeks after the release of the first music box ( long time ago, never went back and fixed it )

DDR part?

You mean that "Hit The Right Tones" part?
Yes. That part was too hard.
BUT that was the only bad part of music box 1.1.
