well, my pic isn't exactly made with MS Paint, but with MS powerpoint.
there isn't much difference in drawing there.
is my pic still gonna count?

With Icon Lover, the only thing plus from ms paint is like Transparencies and layers
but very similar to paint! (I could of done it on paint, but some quality lost...)

very well organized

well, powerpoint can also do 3d stuff like:

but that's cheap and you would recognize it as a simple 3d setting.

it's named paint pic competition all right, but you can still paint stuff with other programs...
