What I'm trying to say is that putting it in your signature is a lot more convenient than just making some useless app for it.

If you like game maker more, than why don't you use it? You are getting upset at people expressing their opinions on your "demos". And the site not doing so well is not really an issue, and doesn't influence how people act day to day on this forum. The only thing that came of that was the creation of the first forum group project.

No, the thing about a real game, is that you can do something. Most people here are interested in making and playing games, interestingly enough. I would say, if you release a game that the player can't do more than 5 things, people won't like it very much (not to say that having 6 ways of manipulating the game will magically make people like your stuff).

Actually, when it comes to games, people judge things before even downloading them. This isn't wrong, and almost everyone does it. From your pictures of the games/utilities, as well as the descriptions of them, they don't sound like something I'd want to play, nor useful in the case of your utilities. I'm judging them at first by what you said about them, and the response from other forum members only supports my understanding. If you like game maker as much as you say, then why bother with the gameEditor forums?
