suppose that i want to publish my game in order to do this i want to understand minimum and recommended Hardware system requirement
for example CPU: ... GPU: ...
How can i know this?
is there a software or anything else?

use the documentation file that is included with GE alot of questions you might have could be in that documentation, to open documentation open GE click the help button then documentation!
alot of people don't know of documentation it has alot of helpful stuff about GE and it's scripting alot of times documentation could answer your questions..
your problem specifically when you open documentation click on the welcome link then click on features link at the bottom on the next page then on the system requirements link on the bottom of the next page!

for any game that created?
Not different between them?
the game with a lot of animations and actors is the same as the game with a few actors?

GE compresses all the code user scripting and GE code to a 1mb file and then the rest of your file size comes from the animations and sound files that you used in your game..
so your file size will vary because of the differn't art assets in your game..
