Different platforms?

I don't know if anyone still gets on here much and it's been a while since I have been on here myself. I am a beginner and have a lot of questions but my only one right now is this: Say I want to make a game for 2 or 3 different platforms. Can I make a game for let's say windows, then export later to a different platform like android or something smaller without having to remake the whole game? Does it shrink everything down automatically or is that something I'll have to do? Sorry for my ignorance just curious lol. I'm making a game kind of like the old pc game beach head but in 2d of course. Thank you!

Hi ckn087, first of all, GE can't shrink down the game automatically and I think you'd have to do some part of it yourself. Like adding onscreen buttons when you want to export the game to android platform. You don't need to remake the game, but you'll definately have a lot of coding to do (It will be worth it).

Ok thank you for the fast reply! I have another question. I have a gun fixed on a building that I want to be able to aim from 90 degrees all the way til it's pointed straight up but I wanted to make its angle animation change as I'm moving my mouse up and down. Hope that makes sense. Also as I click certain spots on the screen I'd like to make my bullets to go from my gun barrel to where my mouse pointer is. I hope this makes sense and as I said I'm a beginner lol thanks again!
