Sorry, I was away from the computer the last couple days. I can help, if there is anything specific you want, let me know. This time around, might demonstrate some of the things I did for the last background.

well, I believe for level two background, I wanted sun to be smaller.

Just FYI, the sun was really easy to make. In Gimp, I clicked Filters->Light and Shadow->Supernova. Then I changed the values to this:

The random hue isn't really necessary, but it adds a little bit of random color.
Another thing to note, the larger the radius, the less spiky the "supernova" becomes.

thanks. Okay, now for the titlescreen, can you make it, I just want stars, no sun, and Mars on the top of the screen.

+1 for titlescreen and now can you make the level3 background which is going to be stars(no sun), and in the background a little, and I mean just a dot, dot. Also in the background there is a space gas station kind of close to you.

Okay, I'll have to be more creative with the gas station, do you want it to look old or new?
And whats a dot? Mars I assume?

This may take me longer btw.

Well, this was supposed to be the last level of part1 of Trip to Mars. The dot is Mars. The gas station is a platform for the ship to land on with a huge gas pump for the ship.
