There should be something like a region actor that u can play videos on for cutscenes n' stuff. GE should also let u make vidoes from gameplay on to the cutscene actor.

You actually can do that.
There are 3 ways.
1.Draw them scene by scene.
And basically turn them into an animation.

2.Use flash or something like that to make the movie.Then add an actor and use the animation.Make sure its a large enough size though.

3.use ge itself.
Using some paths.
some collision events.
collison finish.
things like that.
you can make your own movie.
all you would need to do is make a black screen actor to shield the background game from view.and make it destroyed at the last cutscene event.
