I have just learned of a place that is saling games for ipods. The link is:

Due to how many people own ipods this could turn into a big market. I hope Game Editor will be able to port games to ipods eventually (hopefully sooner then later).

Speaking of porting games to different platforms that is the reason I selected Game Editor over many of its competitors. It allows you to port your game to many more platforms (especially mobile ones) then its competitors.

I'm sure some other companies will eventually start introducing other mobile devices that serves the same purpose as the ipod. Maybe they will be open to indie developers. Time will tell.
