isnt it the same sprite with T.M.N.X. demo by Automail???

I dont know if you know this but your game does have a few issues.
i dont know but i can fix a few and then upload the edited Lex version.
i have deicded to do this because im bored and to help you with your game. i will add things i know
to your game so you can learn and make your game better if you want to. i claim 0% of your game i just want to help you
make it better so you can become better as well. :D

lol. nice bad guys. theyre final fantasy esque. I cheated, i held down the spacebar throught the entire level to float through. i got mad cuz i kept disappearing. nice start to a potential gamers dream.

Here you go buddy its your game a bit edited by me.
i changed the controls as up arrow to jump/down arrow to shoot/left-right to move
theres hp bar/skulls counter=kill counts/hp for monsters and marine guy/
it should be enough to help you as i had found something that didnt work.
it was the block that seems like it was supposd to fall so i made it fall. i also rearranged some of the stuff
to lower the lag and removed the backround because it was kind of useless
wow it is much harder now but capable to regen hp and bullets/ammo

No one remembers me? I remember people from back in the old game-editor days lol. Like a year and a half or something hehe. xD

darn.... thats sad to read.
He was one damn good coder, hopefully he gets into game design as a career.
I wouldn't be surprised if a company called D-Soldier Games comes out, :)

about the health bar part, here is an easy way to do it have a health bar
make an actor that is a strip (bar)make it so
that it is empty. then add actor>'healthfull'> and have an animation of it full. now put the actor with the full
healthbar over the emty one go path>add> name it "healthpath" draw make about this long: <--->
click on the player, (actor control) add event>collision>of enemy>changepath "healthpath"
then click on full healthbar actor and go pathfinish of "healthpath">change path to "none".
now move the full healthbar actor to the end of the empty one to get the width of the bar, where the bar
ends, add actor, "health_destroy" so when the the full health bar collides with "health_destroy" it destroys the
player actor
